tickets to a concert i want to go to are sold out, the last few shows i've been to have people selling tickets outside. should i consider this an a last route option?
I think scalping is illegal, but scalping is jacking up the price of the ticket way high. I don't think there's anything wrong with merely reselling a ticket.
I'd try it. You'll have to pay for parking, though, and you may not get a ticket.
It is legal as long as the person selling the ticket for the same or less than the original ticket price. if they sell it for more than the original cost of the ticket then it is illegal and called "Ticket Scalping".
It's only illegal if they are selling them for more than face value. if someone is just trying to get his money back for them, that's legal. Good luck finding anyone like that outside of a concert, though.
It is only illegal if the tickets are higher than the normal price for the tickets.
